Exchange Policy for Azeax
Replacement/Exchange Order Policy
Buyer may rase for Replacement request for following
reasons for deficiency of orders/products/items of the order shipment.
Replacement will be applied on same Product/item/order as per the buyer’s
order.
Replacement/Exchange On Products
1.
Buyer
can raise the request for replacement on the issue of delivered shipment of
wrong products/items/article or in the entire order shipment as per ordered,
buyer may replace of entire or partial order of the ordered shipment.
2.
Buyer
can raise the request for replacement on the issue of missing of some products/items/article
or in the entire order, buyer may replace of entire or partial order of the ordered
shipment.
3.
Buyer
can raise the request for replacement on the issue of the missing of some parts/accessories
included with the single or entire product/items/article or in the entire order
and mentioned in the website and its Mobile Applications on the time of the
placement of order, buyer can replace partial shipment or entire order of the
ordered shipment.
4.
Buyer
can raise the request for replacement on defective/broken/damaged products/items/article
or in the order, buyer can replace the entire or partial order of the ordered
shipment.
5.
Buyer
can raise the request for replacement on issue of the dirty/unhygienic
products/item/article/Product Brand Packing (apart from Seller’s Packing) occurred
in single or some products/items/article or in the entire order, buyer can
replace the entire or partial order of the ordered shipment.
6.
Buyer
can raise the request for replacement on issue of the used/unsealed or damaged
product Brand Packing apart from Seller’s Packing of products/items/article in
singe or some products/item/article or in the entire order, buyer can replace
the entire or partial order of the ordered shipment.
Time line of Replacement/Exchange of Order on issue of
products
Buyer cane raise the request for replacement/Exchange
with in the time line of 2 (Two) Days with respect to the mentioned
issues.
Note- At
the time of raising the Replacement/Exchange request, Buyer will be required to
provide appropriate documents/ information at the time of submission or post
submission of the claim/ dispute in support of its claim. These documents/
proof may include without limitation:
Images of the Product(s) indicating
the issue in the Product/ shipment delivered. The images need to capture the
following:
a. the
shipping label with Order ID
b. Order
details
c. packed
shipment
d. issue
observed by you in the Product
e. damages
to the Product
f. the
IMEI number (in case the Product is a mobile phone);
Unboxing/ normal video clip
indicating the issues in the Product/ shipment delivered. The video clip needs
to capture all sides of the package, order details, shipping label, quantity of
the Product, damages in the Product, IMEI number (in case of mobile phones),
any tampering with the outer box etc.;
Copy of bill/ tax invoice for
the Product received.

information or clarification from the Buyer, Third Party Service Provider(s)
contact you.
Replacement /Exchange on Packing
1.
Buyer
can raise the request for replacement on unsealed/not properly sealed,
unhygienic, dirty, opened/partially opened, unpacked, damaged or unboxed
Packing of products/items/article of order shipment, buyer can replace the
entire or partial order of the ordered shipment.
2.
Buyer
can raise the request for replacement on or not as per regulatory guidelines of
Azeax or government norms and guidelines issued by government regulatory
authorities, buyer can replace the entire or partial order of the ordered
shipment.
Time line of Replacement/Exchange of Order on issue on
Packing
Buyer cane raise the request for Replacement/Exchange on
the Time of Delivery and if in any case Replacement/Exchange is not
possible Buyer have option with the Return Order section the order with
respect to the mentioned issues.
Note- At
the time of raising the Replacement/Exchange request, Buyer will be required to
provide appropriate documents/ information at the time of submission or post
submission of the claim/ dispute in support of its claim. These documents/
proof may include without limitation:
Images of the
Shipment/Shipments/Partial Shipment for Replacement/Exchange indicating the
issue in the Shipment delivered. The images need to capture the following
a. the
shipping label with Order ID
b. Order
details
c. packed
shipment
d. issue
observed by you in the Shipment
e. damages
to the Product (if visible)
If we require any further information or clarification from the Buyer, Third Party Service Provider(s) contact you.
Note-
If in any case replacement/exchange with the exact same product is not possible
by seller then refund will be issued to buyer.
Replacement will be done by the same seller and seller has exact same item in the stock.
