Packaging policy

 

Pouches – Guidelines

Ø  It is mandatory to use Azeax Pouches (categories that are using pouches)

Ø  Appropriate pouch to be chosen as per weight/volume of shipment

Ø  Enter the correct weight of the shipment while marking RTS

Ø  Ensure weight/volume does not exceed capacity of the pouch

Ø  No tape (Azeax tape included) should be applied on the pouch

Ø  Scanning the packet ID is mandatory in case of usage of Azeax pouches

(For Smartphones Sellers)

Ø  Inner contents should not be visible/coming out of outer packaging

Ø  Use the POD jacket attached to pouches/gunny bag

Ø  It is mandatory to pack the GST Invoice along with the shipments inside the

pouch

 

 

Corrugated Boxes – Guidelines

 

Ø  Appropriate box to be chosen as per weight/volume of shipment

Ø  Enter the correct weight of the shipment while marking RTS

Ø  Ensure weight/volume does not exceed capacity of the box

Ø  Filler material to be used in case shipment item volume is less than box volume

Ø  Ensure filler material fills up the remaining space completely

Ø  Shipment items should not move inside the box once the filler material has been inserted

Ø  Types of Filler Material – Corrugated Roll, Air Filler & Thermocol

Ø  Inner contents should not be visible/coming out of outer packaging

Ø  Stretch wrap to be used for boxes by Electronics/Phones Sellers

Ø  Rules apply to Non- Azeax corrugated boxes as well

 

Shipping Label & Invoices

 

Ø  Use the POD jacket attached to Azeax pouches/gunny bags

Ø  Transparent tape across the length and width has to be used over the

 shipping label in case of corrugated boxes, ensure that no folds appear over the barcodes

Ø  Ensure that shipping label is properly stuck to the box

Ø  It is mandatory to pack the GST Invoice along with the shipments inside the box/pouch/gunny bag

 

 

Jute Bags/Plastic Gunny Bags – Guidelines

 

Ø  Shipping labels have to be placed inside POD jackets and the POD jackets have to be stitched on the jute/gunny bag. Don’t use tape to stick the POD jackets.

Ø  Bags should be tightly packed, inner contents should not be able to move inside the bags.

Ø  Bags should be properly stitched and sealed. Security seals can be used to seal the bags.

Ø  Recycled jute/plastic bags should not be used.

Ø  Appropriate bag should be chosen as per shipment size, do not pack more

material than the capacity of the bag.

Ø  GST Invoice should be packed along with the shipments inside the bag

 

Packaging materials Guidelines

Banned Packaging materials e.g., Plastic bags, Plastic tapes, etc should not be used as per government laws or asper guidelines of Central or State Government.

 

Covid 19 Guidelines

Products should be packed as per the covid 19 Government Guidelines.
